We will be focusing on the fundamentals of dancing in heels while tying in elements of burlesque such as body awareness, confidence and sensuality. We will go over posture, balance, fluidity, lines, walking, turns, texture, things to do with your arms and more.

The goal of this class is to get everyone feeling super comfortable on the floor, whether you are new to floorwork or already incorporate it into your dance. We will go over posture, lines, dives, spins, undulations/body rolls, how to get to and from the floor in a controlled and fluid way, floorwork combos and more.
