Service Description
Knox Harter takes you through a series of both passive and active stretches focusing on biomechanics and ease in movement as a means to increase flexibility. Knox passes on decades of training experience as a professional dancer in an accessible manner suitable for all body types and skill levels. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, or are just beginning your flexibility journey, Knox tailors her class individually to each participant with curated exercises and modifications. Drop-in AND beginner friendly! Dancers are still welcome to participate in socks or bare feet All footwear must be clean, indoor shoes. Location: 585 Dundas Street East, Unit 130 Mondays 8:00pm Cost: $23 + tax for 1 hour drop in class

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
