Service Description
In her signature teaching style, Knox Harter leads you through a high energy cardio and conditioning class! Class includes warm up with joint mobility, a series of high intensity interval training exercises with a variety of modifications to suit every body and fitness level, followed by a brief cool-down. Drop-in AND beginner friendly! Dancers are still welcome to participate in sneakers or bare feet All footwear must be clean, indoor shoes. Location: 585 Dundas Street East, Unit 130 Mondays 6:00pm Cost: $23 + tax for 1 hour drop in class

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
