Knox’s teaching career spans over two decades with a wide variety of experiences teaching the very small to the very tall, young and old, beginner to pro. She has her B.F.A in Performance Dance from the Toronto Metropolitan University. Previous certifications include her R.A.D. Vocational (awarded with merit), her FIS and PTS from CanFit Pro, as well as certifications with Kaeja d’Dance in Express Dance and Elevations. She was the artistic director and lead choreographer of High Society Cabaret from 2012-2020.

She is the current artistic director of Mayfly Creative Productions. 
 
Her experience has ranged from teaching in dance studios, community centres, public schools, conventions, intensives, gyms and fitness studios in classes as large as 75 participants! Known for her high energy and enthusiasm, Knox’s classes work to harness a supportive environment for all people to come and participate as they are, in their current state, while gently challenging their potential and growth.
