Knox Harter

Instructor, Studio Manager
Knox’s teaching career spans over two decades with a wide variety of experiences teaching the very small to the very tall, young and old, beginner to pro. She has her B.F.A in Performance Dance from the Toronto Metropolitan University. Previous certifications include her R.A.D. Vocational (awarded with merit), her FIS and PTS from CanFit Pro, as well as certifications with Kaeja d’Dance in Express Dance and Elevations. She was the artistic director and lead choreographer of High Society Cabaret from 2012-2020. She is the current artistic director of
Mayfly Creative Productions.
Her experience has ranged from teaching in dance studios, community centres, public schools, conventions, intensives, gyms and fitness studios in classes as large as 75 participants! Known for her high energy and enthusiasm, Knox’s classes work to harness a supportive environment for all people to come and participate as they are, in their current state, while gently challenging their potential and growth.
Smokin' Dolorés

Instructor
Beginning their teaching journey in Texas, they worked in education before transitioning into dance. Specializing in beginner-friendly instruction, Dolorés has experience teaching pole dancing, heels, floorwork, and chair, ensuring a supportive and accessible environment for all levels. Since stepping into the burlesque world, they have quickly gained recognition within the Toronto burlesque community and are passionate about fostering self-expression in their students.
Their classes focus on building movement awareness, confidence, and individual style while embracing the philosophy that a teacher never stops being a student. With a welcoming and inclusive approach, Dolorés invites students of all backgrounds to explore, play, and find empowerment through burlesque.
